What dry eye treatments do you offer?

Dry eye syndrome is characterized by a lack of moisture and lubrication on the eye's surface, leading to discomfort, irritation, and sometimes damage to the cornea. Dry eye syndrome is becoming more prevalent as we spend excess time on the computer and other devices. Our doctor will assess your dry eye condition and will tailor the treatment plan accordingly. Besides over-the-counter artificial tears and prescription eyedrops, there are other treatments such as punctal plugs and amniotic membranes. Amniotic membranes offer relief from dry eye symptoms by reducing inflammation and promoting healing of the ocular surface. It is a non-invasive and effective solution for managing long-standing dry eye syndrome and improving the comfort and health of the eyes.
